This is based on many folks in Europe (or I can speak for myself, the ARTICLE 19 team) already being off for the holidays and not back into the 2nd or even the 5th of January. Additionally, with competing deadlines at the end of the year for our day jobs, it’s
possible people may not be as attentive to ICANN mailing lists (though again, this may be just me!). </div>
