As the previous second plenary slot was placed in a 75-minute afternoon
slot on the last day of the meeting, however, we hope that providing you with this proposed final block schedule at this time will allow you to assess what sessions and topics you wish to schedule against the Monday Block 2 slot.

if they wish. Staff will be more than happy to work with you to ensure that your programming for these sessions is responsive to other ongoing sessions while providing your community with as much flexibility as is realistically possible to move forward with
your plans.

We will follow up with the SSAC and this group on planning for and organizing this new plenary session. In addition, and as noted, for ICANN86 we will look at a more structured and earlier way for proposing and selecting plenary sessions
that we hope will maintain the transparency and equity of the planning process while remaining nimble and lighter than the former process that some community members found unnecessarily burdensome. Thank you!
