                <p class="MsoNormal">As we enter 2022, the GNSO
                  Contracted Parties House (CPH) looks forward to our
                  continued engagement on the topic of DNS Abuse and
                  mitigating DNS security threats. Last year, the CPH
                  welcomed and greatly appreciated our dialogue with
                  NCSG, and other ICANN community groups, and we hope to
                  continue that conversation in the new year.</p>
                <p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
                <p class="MsoNormal">Looking back to 2021, registries
                  and registrars engaged with nearly all groups
                  represented in the ICANN community, and ICANN Org, and
                  we produced important documents related to DNS abuse
                  definitions, registry actions, registrar abuse
                  reporting, domain generating algorithms,
                  internationalized domain names and trusted notifiers.
                  These all represented significant steps forward in
                  framing the appropriate roles, responsibilities and
                  capabilities of ICANN’s gTLD contracted parties, while
                  also identifying opportunities for cross-community
                  collaboration.</p>
                <p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
                <p class="MsoNormal">As we look ahead to further
                  conversations in 2022, the CPH invites further
                  dialogue and collaboration on trusted notifier
                  expectations and malicious vs. compromised domains. If
                  there are other topics NCSG members would like to
                  discuss related to DNS security threats, we are happy
                  to engage. Assuming NCSG members are interested in
                  continuing our dialogue, please let us know and we’ll
                  be happy to propose dates/times for a joint
                  stakeholder call. The CPH DNS Abuse WGs meet regularly
                  on Tuesdays at 1500 UTC if that time would work for
                  NCSG. </p>
