<p>Thanks so much, Carlos. We would like to request ten minutes
for an NCSG to represent non-commercial user perspectives. I
will seek volunteers with expertise that will fit the direction
of this panel, once I know more of the tone of the expected
dialogue (e.g. cybercrime enforcement issues, legal rights and
warrants, human rights and presumption of innocence,
impracticality of current data access options, etc.)</p>
