                                Annual General Meeting is due to
                                conclude on 22 October 2020 (which we
                                realize is somewhat earlier than
                                previous AGMs), this means that <u>the Empowered Community
                                  Administration must receive the
                                  Non-Contracted Parties House (NCPH)
                                  nomination of a Director to fill Board
                                  seat 14 by <b>22 April 2020</b></u>
                                (and not May as we had advised you

                                understand that the NCPH’s current plan
                                is to hold the formal vote (via a CSG

                                Chair of the result (as under the GNSO
                                Operating Procedures Keith has the
