<p>I think we have an excellent document in our hands, based on a clear interest in mitigating negative impact on Non-commercial registrants and we should rush the draft to conclusion! I fully agree on this approach nd the letter should get out sooner rather than later.</p>

<p class="v1MsoNormal">The main difference is that instead of screaming about the sale I am focusing on the conditions attached to the original award of .ORG to PIR. I am asking ICANN to recognize its obligation to ensure that those conditions continue to be met. <u></u><u></u></p>
