<div>urgent tasks are to confirm/appoint : SMEs to SCBO and representatives to Standing Selection Committee (Replacing Poncelet). We have to do them soon as that should happen within the next weeks after the AGM by their respective charter. For SCBO, we can reuse the last year call for volunteers and tweak it. I don't recall we did that last year for SSC but I need to check.</div>
<div>For NCSG Policy Committee chair election, we are still waiting for NCUC reps names to PC.</div>

<div>I sent note to NCUC and NPOC chairs to day to ask them confirm or appoint reps to NCSG PC in order to have new PC in coming days and starting next steps including the election of PC chair.</div>

<div>There are also some other urgent tasks PC has to do such as appointment to SCBO and SSC and review/leading several public comments. We will continue to work in this transition phase till we get the new PC composition set and have the election process that we should agree on.</div>
