    <p>I think it would help to know how many of our incredible EPDP

      Team are willing, ready and able to continue their  back-breaking

      work on the EPDP.  If they are all ready to continue, I think we

      would benefit from the continuity (and their incredible

      sacrifice). In all events, before we put a call out for

      replacements, it would be good to know how many places, if any, we

      are filling.</p>

          there for phase 2. The same communication was shared with EPDP

          willing to continue for phase 2. We might need to do some

          replacements and we have to act quickly in order for new

          appointees to catch-up. It also depends on the expected

          workload and that is ongoing discussion.</div>

        <div>One way is to tweak the previous call for candidates and

          send it asap in order to get a good pool of candidates from

          where to select.</div>
