                                      fixing that issue we will face the
                                      same problems in next years and
                                      there is no so much left to cut
                                      from whatever support directed to

                                      just the new fiscal year budget
                                      but a whole structural change in

                                      regard to human resources e.g.
                                      resizing gradually. redeployment
                                      is one suggestion as we can
                                      reallocate staff to the areas of
