                                                          WHOIS2 Review
                                                          Team, and
                                                          deferred
                                                          participation
                                                          in this
                                                          specific

                                                          18 January
                                                          2018, the
                                                          ccNSO Council
                                                          again
                                                          discussed its
                                                          participation
                                                          in the review.
                                                          Following this
                                                          discussion, by
                                                          16 February
                                                          2018, the
                                                          ccNSO Council
                                                          decided not to
                                                          participate in
                                                          the RDS/WHOIS2
                                                          specific
