<div>This is exactly the issue. It was a core activity, referred to in ICANN’s annual report for 2017 as a highlighted "success", and has now disappeared in the middle of the night with no notice to us whatsoever. This is neither open, fair, nor
    transparent (read: ICANN’s core values). Why did ICANN highlight reductions to the fellowship programme in their webinar (and to travel support for the ALAC and GAC) but not this cut in support to the GNSO and the ALAC? It is not acceptable for this
    to happen in secret. </div>
