                      need to respond to this with our own history.  If
                      we get it written on time, I would try to get one
                      of our members who will be at the International
                      data commissioners conference in Hong Kong, on
                      September 24, to hand it (or read parts of it) to
                      Buttarelli and Canatacci on the ICANN panel. 
                      Teresa Swineheart and Becky Burr are there.....</font></font></p>
