afternoon or meet with other groups. </div>

NCUC/NCSG prep meeting (for all NCSG attendees) early on

give people some time to think, research and read for a
day before jumping into a WG discussion. <br>

<p>- So 30 minute AM meetings for the daily briefing</p>
<p>- Occasional lunch sessions, including one with Board

<p>- An initial hour meeting at the very start (Monday
AM?) to provide an arc of the issues we need to work on
