We need to find a way to even out the<br class="">workload at ICANN, and attract people to get directly involved for<br class="">activities that are limited in scope. This is one such activity, there are<br class="">not going to be a ton of selection processes.<br class=""><br class="">As for reviewing the framework for this committee (which Ed and Susan<br class="">Kawaguchi worked on), that committee will separately have the task of<br class="">reviewing the efficiency and fairness of the process they devised, so it is<br class="">not really necessary for them to sit on it.
