[NCSG-PC] Fwd: NCPH Work Session agenda

Gosh I wish people would get in the habit of including the time in their
agendas.  I was always a renegade public servant, but one thing I always
appreciated was insistence on having agendas ALWAYs include a time date
and place.

cheers Stephanie

PS.  Item 2 requires some thought.  We do not want folks who are not
following the work closely to start establishing counter-productive
relationships with CSG members.  this is something the CSG are good at,
given many are lobbiests.  This has happened in the past, to our
detriment.  I know I sound undemocratic.....tough.  Facts are facts.
