[NCSG-PC] Results-NCSG Policy Committee Chair Election

Thanks Andrea!

Not sure how to interpret 2.5.3. of the NCSG Charter that says
"A Chair will be elected or replaced from among the members of the 
NCSG‑PC by a 2/3 vote of the NCSG‑PC membership on a yearly basis."

Does this mean the PC chair has to get 2/3 of the PC votes even if
there is only one candidate?
