[NCSG-PC] IDNs EPDP reps

Hi all,

As you know, IDN EPDP is constantly increasing its work tempo and speed to
meet promises made to the council.

The EPDP is allowed up to 3 reps from each group but we currently only have
2 reps. Grace Githaiga has expressed keen interest in the work and would
like to join the WG as an NCSG rep. I know Emmanuel and Akinremi could do
with additional help, considering how technical that work is.

Let me know if you have any objections to us appointing Grace to work
alongside Emmanuel and Akinremi.
