[NCSG-PC] [Call for Volunteers] NCSG Member to the Second IANA Naming Function Review (IFR)

Hi everyone,
I think we should carefully analyze the Expression of Interest (EOI) and consider the previous involvement of both members. While I understand that we are short on volunteers, it's worth noting that Raymond is an active member in ALAC. He was recently elected as an ALAC member, although I am not sure if he currently holds that position. However, I do know that he is highly active in the At-Large community.
