[NCSG-PC] [Call for Volunteers] NCSG Member to the Second IANA Naming Function Review (IFR)

[Tomslin Samme-Nlar]

Raymond send his official EOI yesterday and I have forwarded it to you all.

In summary,  we have 2 candidates to choose from:

1. Stephen Dakyi
2. Raymond Mamatta

We (NCSG) are the ones now delaying the commencement of this work now. So
if we could each quickly choose who we believe is best suited amongst the
two, that would be great.
