[NCSG-PC] NCSG Nominees to PIR Advisory Council Members

Hi Bruna,

My apologies for not coordinating with you before sending the call. I might
have done it too quickly.

Afraid that I might not be available for the rest of the week, I read
through the procedure I attached, then reviewed the last call for
applications that Stephanie sent to the list back in 2019. Based on those,
I made the call to err on the side of the speed to advertise the call than
to potentially reduce the time the PC might need to select candidates. My
apologies once again.
