[NCSG-PC] New letter to Board re: Budget?

Hi,

thanks, Ayden for the summary.
I think with regard to the letter to board we should focus on important and
big issues on the budget as the cuts are not addressing the structural and
systemic issues i.e. big part of the budget is for human resources. I think
we can make a better argument by highlighting that instead.
the budget approval is scheduled for next week.
