[NCSG-PC] ICANN GDPR Compliance Consultation Group

Dear PC,

For the record, new GDPR/RDS task force, officially called

ICANN GDPR Compliance Consultation Group

was formed very quickly during ICANN59, and after some
negotiation they agreed to have three NCSG members there.
We did not have time to call a formal PC meeting to
select them, but discussions with those present there
and over Skype quickly found agreement to select these:

Stephanie Perrin
Wendy Seltzer
Ayden Ferdeline

I'm sure they will do an excellent job.
