Assuming we can rely on everyone's good faith, we can still have good faith misunderstandings. policy for the Financial Committee members. So long as we remain
transparent and consultative we will be judged by our actions. If
we had an ethics policy we would still be judged by our actions,

confidentiality and handling in-trust funds are involved. It is
