Finance Committee Call is confusing. <br>
</p>
<ul>
<li>1500 UTC is 11 AM EDT where I reside (Ontario Canada). <br>
</li>
<li>The 0800 AM is PDT (where ICANN is headquartered)</li>
<li>The 0900 AM is in the US Midwest <span class="moz-smiley-s1"><span>:-)</span></span><br>
</li>
</ul>
<p>My suggestion is to post the UTC and, in the email, move the Time
Zones link: <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="https://tinyurl.com/yy9zjnwj">https://tinyurl.com/yy9zjnwj</a>
up and closer to the UTC time.</p>
<p>Don't put in any local times unless they have their time zones
attached (e.g. 1100 EDT)<br>
