be extending an invitation to the NCSG Executive Committee plus, on an
exceptional basis, our charter drafters, so that they can hopefully attend and
offer us some input and direction on what operating procedures we need to develop and what
they envisioned our charter entailing.<br></div><div><br></div><div>But, more
