prepares their budget and send to NCSG FC, even if its for the records, because they have their individual C exco to approve spending. NCSG Excom needs a copy too to enable it also prepare own budget leveraging possibly from what the Cs may have submitted
to ensure they do not run across purposes but rather driving strength from Cs.</span></b></p>
