<div dir="ltr">Thanks Thato et al, for following up on the discussions.<div><br></div><div>However, my take initially was that the use of NCUC is for this year fund-holding account only, within which time formal incorporation may have been concluded.</div><div><br></div><div>But going with the outcome of our meeting and further underlining input, this may take up to 2020 or more, depending on level of fast-tracking measure we may taken or decided due to intricacies of board of trustee management. </div><div><br></div><div>Another option worthy of note is that since its obvious incorporation of new entity in US will take a long time while to come, probably because of trustee issues, it may become expedite to consider having NPOC in the Chair/Treasurer whereas NCUC retains the account-holding, to ensure and encourage more transparency in our process and inclusivity.
