<u>today.</u> The submission period will remain open until the 13^of November 2026. All submissions will be circulated upon receipt on the mailing list.

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">You will notice that the proposed ICANN88 Community Forum block schedule spans
<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">5.5 days</span></strong>, rather than the traditional six days. This reflects the ongoing implementation of the
<em><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">How We Meet</span></em> recommendations, developed collaboratively by ICANN org and the community to further improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ICANN Public Meetings, building on the 2014 ICANN Meetings
 Strategy. One of the key recommendations was to shorten the Community Forum while consolidating sessions to make better use of meeting time and resources. The latest implementation update was shared with SOAC Chairs on 12 October, following discussions at
 the ICANN86 Roundtable in Seville, with a request to circulate it to their respective communities.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
