It seems we have inconciliable availability : either some can make it<br>
at 12:30 UTC and others at 11:30 UTC.<br>
We need our first call to kickstart some discussion on some topics<br>
such as status of NCSG fellowship, which is urgent, membership review<br>
etc.<br>

One workaround is to have separate calls on those times but the<br>
challenge is we cannot make decisions like this. Is there any way to<br>
meet in the middle such as doing rotation between those 2 slots and<br>
all of us making efforts to join?<br>
We can try to conduct discussions on the mailing list only but it will<br>
take time too in particular for membership applications.<br>
I will prepare the list of topics to share soon here and start the<br>
discussion in the meantime.<br>
