The proposed block schedule (see attached) has been updated with an additional proposed community session on Thursday, in addition to the session already scheduled on Monday. This proposal reflects the importance of the
topic of Reviews that was evident at ICANN83. By having a second community session on the final day, following the traditional Constituency Day meetings and joint sessions, the thought was that ICANN84 would provide a productive opportunity for the Board and
community to advance the work. It was agreed that there will need to be inter-sessional preparations and discussions to enable the work to move forward expeditiously, as well as a possible Prep Week session.

A few other topics were proposed as potential plenary ideas for a community session. It was noted that the overall schedule may be sufficiently flexible to allow for some topics to be hosted by specific SOAC groups as
open plenaries, which is already the practice in one or two groups. The main idea is to make sure that any community sessions and other plenary-type sessions are confirmed and placed on the block schedule prior to the opening of the Event Management System
request period, to allow for maximum flexibility and for each group to decide how it wishes to schedule its own sessions.
