I don't really know how it uses it, I just remember changing the MX<br>
record when asked to way back when its support was switched to the new<br>

I wasn't aware that Raphael has been paying for it.<br>

I guess the easiest thing to do would be to direct the bills<br>
to Milton, although I would like to know how much it is and<br>
indeed why it's needed in the first place.<br>
