Thank you for your questions.<br>

1. The Board is welcoming the two of you in their workshop room which<br>
is limited in space and not made to be public. This is not a<br>
duplication of the bilateral meetings. This format is the same as<br>
other groups have had and will have.<br>
2. If there is a question that cannot be answered by those in<br>
attendance, please hold this question for the bilateral meeting or<br>
send a formal email to the Board when ready.<br>

Just a couple of other reminders. The session will be 90 minutes long. <br>
The suggested format would include a presentation by each chair focusing <br>
on the group’s role in ICANN’s ecosystem and how it fulfills this role. <br>
The presentation should allow time for a question-and-answer period to <br>
encourage interaction between the Board and the presenters.<br>
