On behalf of the CSG and NCSG, Julf and I respectfully submit the <br>
attached proposal for a Day 0 meeting of the Non-Contracted Party House <br>
during ICANN81 in Istanbul. We trust the request is in good order, and <br>
look forward to your consideration of the request.<br>
<br>
You’ll recall that the NCPH met for a similar Day 0 event at ICANN78 in <br>
Hamburg, where we made substantial progress on the joint work of our <br>
house. The objective of the proposed ICANN81 meeting not only is to <br>
further strengthen our cooperative relationship, but to advance specific <br>
policy work. We also are hopeful that, as was the case for the <br>
Contracted Party Summit in May, we may have an opportunity to interact <br>
with and brief ICANN Board members about issues important to the NCPH, <br>
according to their availability. Our planned one-day meeting will be <br>
substantive and, we’re confident, will yield visible and productive <br>
outcomes that we plan to share broadly with the community and ICANN Org.<br>
<br>
