I am following up on this notice as EC Admin for the GNSO. Staff has <br>

feedback they may have in advance of the Community Forum. The form <br>
includes relevant information on this process that may help guide <br>
input. Please share with your constituencies as you see fit (this <br>
message will be sent to SG/C Chairs as well). Deadline to provide input <br>
is 23:59 UTC on Wednesday 25 October 2023 (but the sooner the better <br>
😊). I would also note that any input added to this form does not <br>
preclude GNSO SG/Cs from submitting views and questions on the Approval <br>
Action in writing during the Approval Action Community Forum.<br>

Dear all,<br>

We have information to share for ICANN78.<br>
The Approval Action Community Forum will take place on Thursday 26 <br>
October from 15:00 – 15:30 Hamburg time in Hall 4 of the convention <br>
center (i.e., the “GAC room”, meaning the room will be set up in the <br>
usual format that the GAC uses at ICANN Public Meetings). There will be <br>
full remote participation, interpretation, recording and technical <br>
support for the session.<br>
Under the Bylaws, the Empowered Community Administration has the <br>
responsibility to “manage and moderate the Approval Action Community <br>
Forum in a fair and neutral manner”.<br>
Please note that the Approval Action Community Forum is not a decisional <br>
body and ICANN staff and Directors representing the ICANN Board are <br>
required to attend the forum to address any concerns or questions that <br>
may be raised during the session. You may also wish to note that Bylaws <br>
state that “ICANN and any Supporting Organization or Advisory <br>
Committee (including Decisional Participants) may deliver to <br>
the EC Administration in writing its views and questions on the Approval <br>
Action prior to the convening of and during the Approval Action <br>
Community Forum”.<br>
