I think you are right, going forward we should use terminal,<br>
but considering the backlog and delay we have right now,<br>
I think waiting for everyone to go through the somewhat<br>
click-intensive process for every applicant in the queue<br>
would add a lot of additional delay.<br>

I feel we had a chance to discuss the approval during our<br>
meeting, we had concerns with a couple of applicants, and<br>
Robin asked for some time to review the applications. We<br>
agreed on a week. At some point we just have to make a<br>
decision and move on.<br>
