<p><font size="+1"><font face="Lucida Grande">Hi folks, we wrapped up a grueling 3 days of EPDP last fights here in Los Angeles.  ONly 3 members here out of 9 potential, nobody on the line to help.  So it was a perfect example of the struggle we are having


 in engagement in leadership roles.</font></font></p>


<p><font size="+1"><font face="Lucida Grande">I am working with Bruna on ABRs.  We are trying to develop one or two for NCSG that get us money to bring additional people in to ICANN meetings, new people who might be interested in transitioning to leadership


 roles.  A workshop in leadership training, with a goal to both engaging them and help them understand the particular challenges of working successfully in the MS community.  Anybody want to help?  Deadline is Friday night.</font></font></p>
