I hope to do better on the next selection. It appears that the members of the list thought they could apply directly. Secondly, we should perhaps enumerate all the possible ways to be
included when we post the opportunity. Thirdly. I hope we can be clear about expectations prior to posting in the future....I don't know how the EC feels, but I feel rather strongly that folks should be actively showing leadership by working on the comments,
PDPs, and outreach efforts prior to us sending them to training. I consider this to be management 101, but perhaps others have different views.</font></p><p class=""><font size="+1" class="">I am going to confirm our selection of Rafik Dammak, who has clearly demonstrated hard work and leadership and has not had the opportunity to take the course, unless someone objects with reasons in the next 15 minutes.
