[NCSG-EC] [NCSG-PC] Board seat 14 mediation - participants?

Hi Folks,

It is obvious that the friend from the other house already have a position.
We need to agree on a position before entering the meeting.

Comparing the incumbent with someone not yet ripe for the board is sort of
amazing to me. It would be good to hear from them how they rate their
preferred candidate and with what yardstick.

Our position should be the previous stance.

 However, it would be good to interview the incumbent and other to
determine who should be selected.

Nomcom uses the same method. Let there be a neutral committee setup from
from both house with criteria defined.
