[NCSG-EC] Board Seat 14

Dear Melissa,

Thank you for the clarification of your role that fully matches our
expectations. The NCSG is happy to proceed on those terms to try
to resolve the immediate question of nominating a candidate for
Board seat 14. I agree that any renegotiation of the mutually
agreed rules is out of scope.

Looking forward to our discussion on 9 May (still tomorrow for
you but today for me :) ).
