Indeed. We need to be purely fact-based, as we are facing a lot of "the
non-commercials just feel they are not important enough". We definitely
need to hear both from our nomcom reps as well as those involved in the
review specifically.

It would be great if you could take the lead. Should we open the
discussion to our whole membership?
