 approach to the composition of review teams conducting Accountability and Transparency Reviews and On-Demand Reviews.</span></p>

<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Specifically, </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">we would </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">need</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black"> views
 on whether each SO/AC should be able to appoint:</span></p>
