Great job Godsway!

Thank you for the significant work that went into preparing this document. I think the substance is very strong and the paper captures the key NCSG concerns well, particularly around proportionality, safeguards, privacy, registrant harm and the broader public interest dimensions of ADCs.

One suggestion I would make relates mainly to structure and readability. Since many community members may skim the document before deciding whether to engage more deeply, it may help to surface the core asks and recommendations much earlier in the text.

Perhaps the document could begin with a short executive summary outlining the principal NCSG positions and urgent concerns, followed by concise key takeaways linked to each Charter Question. The more detailed analysis, contextual explanations, WG references and proposed language could then follow in subsequent sections for those seeking deeper review.

I believe this could make the document more accessible, easier to navigate and strategically stronger from an advocacy perspective, especially as discussions intensify ahead of ICANN86.

Overall, this is an important and timely contribution. Keep it up!

Merci
