<div dir="ltr"><div><p>Greetings NCSG Community! </p><p>This is Jasmine, and I am thrilled to officially join the Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group. Currently based in Hong Kong, I serve as the <strong>Program Manager of the Community Changemaker Fellowship at Resolve Foundation</strong>, where I work to empower <b>grassroots </b>leaders from <b>marginalized </b>communities to drive systemic social change.</p><p>My journey in Internet Governance has been a long-standing commitment to ensuring the network remains <b>inclusive and equitable</b>. I am joining NCSG because I believe that protecting non-commercial interests—specifically privacy, and human rights—is fundamental to the safety and success of the community leaders I support today.</p><p><strong>My Background in ICANN Ecosystem:</strong>
Over the past several years, I have been deeply involved in various facets of the multi-stakeholder model, which has shaped my perspective on global policy:</p><ul><li><p><strong>ICANN & Community Leadership:</strong> I am a former <strong>ICANN Fellow</strong> and have served as the <strong>ACES Regional Lead in ALAC</strong>, where I focused on representing end-user interests and fostering regional collaboration.</p></li><li><p><strong>Regional Governance:</strong> I previously served as the <strong>Secretariat for the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF)</strong> and worked as a <strong>Project Manager at DotAsia</strong>, managing cross-border initiatives and stakeholder engagement.</p></li><li><p><strong>Youth & Research:</strong> My roots in this space began as a <strong>Netmission+ Youth Alumni</strong>, where I transitioned from a youth advocate to a <strong>Research Analyst</strong>, focusing on the socio-technical impacts of Internet policy on the next generation of users.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Why NCSG?</strong>
