This proceeding seeks community input on proposed language and timelines for handling urgent lawful disclosure requests for non-public registration data (for example, when there are imminent threats to life, serious infrastructure, or child exploitation). It
aims to define a faster, dedicated timeline for such urgent disclosure requests, which is currently missing in policy.</p>
