the SPIRT provides input to the GNSO Council, the ICANN Board, ICANN org, and the ICANN community on issues that may arise in the New gTLD Program following the approval of the Applicant Guidebook (AGB). As the SPIRT will function as an Open Model, any member
of a GNSO Stakeholder Group/Constituency is eligible to apply.</span><u></u><u></u></p>

<span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:sans-serif;color:black">The GNSO Council requests that volunteers take into account the expected membership criteria and rules of engagement specified in the SPIRT Charter. The SPIRT will tentatively commence
