<div>Dear All, <span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">Emmanuel Vitus Agbenonwossi </span>has been a mentor to me within NPOC, encouraging me and many others to speak up and get involved. Few people in our ecosystem offer this kind of support with such generosity.</div>
<div>As NPOC Policy Chair, he has worked silently but efficiently to strengthen our constituency’s voice within the ICANN community. His commitment, integrity, and availability have shaped and inspired many emerging leaders.<br>
Now, as he steps aside from his NPOC leadership role to create space for the next generation, I firmly believe he deserves a seat on the GNSO Council. He continues to lead by example and show us the way.<br>
