<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi all,</div><div><br></div><div> The Fourth Applicant Guidebook Public Comment Proceeding is now open. It will be open for 47 days, until 2 April.<br><br>This is usually enough time but with the Seattle meeting and the 15 total documents for review (including a 70+pg Application Questions Doc), we should start drafting early.  Please reach out to me if interested to draft the comment.<br><br><div>
