    <p>I think that is good. We need to find a solution. I agree that
      the recommendations should not have been removed, but it was and
      there is nothing we can do right now.  That ship has sailed
      already. <br>
    </p>
    <p>None of the other constituencies wanted to restart the process,
      they voted to go forward with the other recommendations and move
      forward.  It seems the Board also agreed. The Board and NomCom are
      now implementing what was in the recommendations and the public
      comments.</p>
    <p>We need to find out from the Board and from Sally about what
      happened with all the advice that all the constituencies sent her
      with regard to her letter.  Also, what she plans on doing?  The
      rebalancing issues were taken off the public comment proceedings
      that went out to the community and that the community responded
      to.  The pressure on rebalancing is what led to her letter to the
      constituencies about what should be done, but this was given last
      year and nothing has been done since.  So now is the time for
      action, however, we should also be realistic in what we hope to
      accomplish<br>

                <div>Caleb was right. These actions occurred during the
                  NomCom Review Committee.  there were many protests by
                  other groups and as NCSG or NPOC did not have a rep on
                  this committee or if they did the rep was not active
                  so when these decisions were made to take out the
                  rebalancing from the recommendations there was no one
                  there to oppose it and change people’s minds. I had
                  asked this question when the public comment first came
                  out and it had the rebalancing issues still there by
                  mistake and this is the answers and information I was
                  given by the people on the committee.  </div>

                  recommendations and was taken out of the public
                  comment.  As much issues were made after the fact, it
                  was decided that advice would be sought from each of
                  the SOs and ACs and other groups on how best to do the
                  rebalancing.  That advice was given but not sure
                  whatever happened to it.  </div>
