NCSG is the mothership of NCUC and NPOC, when you join NCUC or NPOC you automatically join NCSG. But you can also be a member of NCSG and not choose a constituency- we are a part of a larger House which is called Non-Contracted Party House because we don't have a contract with ICANN- we share the House with the Commercial Stakeholder Group which has its own constituencies). We usually do our policy work through NCSG and through the council.</i><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><i><br></i></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">A few months ago, CPH started doing more structured outreach with other community members because they negotiated (bilaterally and not through the multistakeholder model) contractual amendments with ICANN on DNS Abuse. <a href="https://itp.cdn.icann.org/en/files/registry-agreement/draft-icann-advisory-dns-abuse-amendments-25-05-2023-en.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Read about the changes and the advisory here</a>. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">We (NCSG members and CPH) had our first meeting with them in January on DNS Abuse. We also had a very interesting conversation in San Juan (CPH usually holds DNS abuse outreach sessions in ICANN meetings).
