I want to help NCSG to advance freedom of expression, access to knowledge, privacy and generally human rights at ICANN and on the Internet. Helping to elevate the voice by meaningfully participating in policy development processes at ICANN is one of my aims. I also believe the GNSO council with the launch of the new round of New gTLDs application is going to make very important decisions that could affect the noncommercial stakeholders and access to domain names and possibly human rights.<span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

I am your liaison to the Contracted Party House on DNS abuse and I think this topic is one of the most important to follow in the future and monitor how it plays out in the council.
